Psychotherapy, Coaching & Counseling in Friedrichshain
Welcome. It's so good to have you here.
In my practice in Friedrichshain, I offer a compassionate, supportive environment where you can share what matters most - even when it’s difficult to express.
Changes, challenges and grieving processes are a normal part of life. When they feel overwhelming, therapy and coaching can provide the support you need to move through them with compassion and confidence.
My approach
Meeting ourselves with compassion and curiosity allows us to better understand our inner world and face life’s challenges with greater confidence.
The Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, developed by Richard C. Schwartz, offers a gentle yet effective way to explore your inner experience. This model forms the foundation of my therapeutic work and is complemented by the Wheel of Consent® and Intuitive Eating, creating a thoughtful and personalized path to healing.
