The Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, developed by Richard C. Schwartz, offers a gentle yet effective way to explore your inner experience. This model forms the foundation of my therapeutic work and is complemented by the Wheel of Consent® and Intuitive Eating, creating a thoughtful and personalized path to healing.
